Lesion Grainy2576* Yellow green leaf blade resulting from many tiny yellow chlorotic lesions with diurnal expression.

Lesion Grainy2576* Lesion Grainy; Chimera: Eighth leaf of the original LesGr*-N2576/+ heterozygous chimeric mutant plant showing 1/2 leaf blade with tiny yellow green chlorotic lesions producing a grainy appearance. Spontaneous mutant in EMS Control. Original case resembles transposon activity but subsequent progeny produced stable mutant offspring consisting of plants that had plants with diurnal crossbands of varying levels of tiny yellow chorotic lesions and homozygotes that were uniformly extreme.

Lesion Grainy2576* Lesion Grainy: 8th leaf from the cross of LesGr*-N2576/+ heterozygous mutant plant by A632 showing clear diurnal distribution of lesion expression.

Lesion Grainy2576* Lesion Grainy: Section of 8th leaf of LesGr*-N2576 from homozygous (left) and heterozygous (right) plants showing extreme expression of the homozygote.
